Bridges to Adulthood

 A grass roots musical night benefiting young adults who age out of Foster Care.  Let's all
contribute something to be their helping hands.

Join Jean Patton and Friends, Fly-Up Media and Harlem Dowling with local musicians and
enjoy the festive spirit!  100% of proceeds goes to HDWC program, Bridges to Adulthood.

As of June 30th, 2011, in New York, children who age of of the foster care system, will be
discharged with no monetary help from the city or state, as a helping hand to get their feet
one the ground.
