On August 13th the Golden Gate Chapter #40 and the Lewis Hayden Lodge #69 hosted another Back-to-School supply giveaway for Harlem Dowling. This year we held the event at our PS 153 Summer Rising program. All program participants had an opportunity to “shop” for their supplies, picking out a backpack of their choice, along with assorted school supplies. The event was attended by several members of the donor organizations, who helped sort and distribute supplies to our participants.
