teenagers, adolescence can be a troubling and confusing time.

teenagers in Foster
Care the ultimate challenge is transitioning
between the dependence of childhood and the imminent
self-sufficiency of adulthood.
The
Adolescent
Services Unit at Harlem Dowling provides
intensive services for young people ages 13-21.
